Cerys Elizabeth Matthews (* 11. April 1969 in Cardiff) ist eine walisische Sängerin und Songwriterin, die vor allem als Sängerin der Band Catatonia bekannt wurde.

Matthews wurde in Cardiff geboren und wuchs in Swansea und Pembrokeshire auf. Sie zog später wieder zurück nach Cardiff, wo sie Mark Roberts kennenlernte und mit diesem zusammen 1992 die Band Catationia gründete. Zusammen mit Tom Jones nahm sie für dessen Album Reload das Lied Baby, it's cold outside auf. Nach der Auflösung der Band 2001 zog Matthews nach Nashville Tennessee und nahm dort ihr Debüt-Soloalbum Cockahoop auf.
