Die Formula One Group[1] ist diejenige Unternehmensgruppe, die die Rechte an der Formel 1 innehat und vermarktet.[2] Sie besteht aus den Unternehmen Formula One Management, Formula One Administration und Formula One Licensing BV. Die Holding heißt SLEC Holdings Limited. Sie befindet sich im Besitz von Delta Topco, von der der luxemburgische Finanzinvestor CVC Capital Partners 70 Prozent der Anteile hält. JPMorgan Chase hält 20 Prozent, weitere 10 Prozent befinden sich im Besitz der Familie von Bernie Ecclestone.[3]
