Abhimanyu

Abhimanyu (Sanskrit, m., अभिमन्यु, abhimanyu) war ein mächtiger Krieger und der Sohn von Arjuna, dem Held aus der Bhagavad Gita. Er wurde in der großen Schlacht von Kurukshetra von den Kauravas getötet.

Er spielt eine Nebenrolle im Mahabharata, das auch die Bhagavad Gita (6. Buch) beinhaltet.
