Die Galway Cathedral (Kathedrale Unserer Lieben Frau aufgenommen in den Himmel und St. Nikolaus) ist die Bischofskirche der römisch-katholischen Diözese Galway, Kilmacduagh und Kilfenora. Sie liegt in Galway City im Westen der Republik Irland und ist eine der bedeutendsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Galway.

Gebaut wurde die Kathedrale auf dem Platz eines ehemaligen Gefängnisses, in dem früher irische Patrioten gefangen waren. Die Bauarbeiten begannen 1958 und 1965 wurde die Kathedrale geweiht.

Die Architektur die Kathedrale ist von vielen Baustilen beeinflusst, die optimal miteinander harmonieren: Renaissance (Kuppel und Säulen), Byzantinisch (Mosaike) und Gotik (Rosetten). In der Kathedrale wird jeden Tag mindestens eine katholische Messe gehalten.
