Castletown (Manx: Balley Chashtal) ist eine Kleinstadt auf der Isle of Man und verlor den Status der Inselhauptstadt im Jahre 1874 an Douglas. Castletown hat etwa 3100 Einwohner (Stand: 2001).
Das Old House of Keys war einst Standort für das Inselparlament Tynwald, dessen Funktionen nun das House of Keys in Douglas wahrnimmt.
