Peggy Noland

Peggy Noland (* 1982 oder 1983 in Independence (Missouri)[1]) ist eine amerikanische Modedesignerin und Dozentin am Kansas City Art Institute.[2][3]

Nach einem Studium der Religionswissenschaften in Kansas City[3][4] arbeitete Noland zunächst als Produktionsleiterin für eine Bekleidungsfirma in Neu-Delhi. Nach Ihrer Rückkehr eröffnete sie eine Boutique in Kansas City und zeitweilig in Berlin.[2][5]

Nolands Arbeiten beruhen überwiegend auf hellen Farben, Mustern und Ganzkörperanzügen.[6] Die Designs werden häufig für Künstler und Musiker entworfen, unter ihnen Cansei de Ser Sexy,[7][8] Tilly and the Wall,[7] Fischerspooner,[8] Chicks on Speed[5] und Alia Shawkat.[7] Nolands Arbeiten erschienen in verschiedenen Mode- und Musikmagazinen, unter anderem WWD,[7] Elle, Elle Japan, Dazed and Confused,[2] Vogue, British Vogue, Nylon, Nylon Japan, Spin, Rolling Stone, und Missbehave,[9]
