Saparua, indonesisch Pulau Saparua, ist eine 144 km² große indonesische Insel im Südwesten von Seram in der Provinz Maluku.

Benachbart sind im Westen die Insel Haruku und im Osten Nusa Laut. Die Hauptstadt ist Saparua Stadt auf der Südseite mit einem alten holländischen Fort. Lebensgrundlage sind Sagopalmen, Muskatnussbaum und Gewürznelken, letztere werden von August bis Januar geerntet.
