Der South East Europe Review (SEER) ist eine deutsche Fachzeitschrift in englischer Sprache, die sich der politischen, sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung in den Staaten Süd- und Südosteuropas widmet.

Herausgeber ist die Hans-Böckler-Stiftung. Die Redaktion leitet Béla Galgóczi.
