NADH-Dehydrogenase, genauer NADH-Ubichinon-Oxidoreduktase (systematischer Name), ist ein Enzymkomplex, der Elektronentransfer in Mitochondrien mit dem Membrantransport von Protonen oder Natrium koppelt. Er kommt in allen Tieren vor, ähnliche Transporter gibt es jedoch in allen Lebewesen. Er wird auch Komplex I der mitochondrialen Atmungskette genannt.

Das Enzym katalysiert in einer gekoppelten Reaktion die Oxidation von NADH mit der Reduktion von Coenzym Q und dem Transport von Protonen oder Natrium aus dem Mitochondrium hinaus:[1][2]

NADH + Ubichinon + 4 H+innen → NAD+ + Ubichinol + 4 H+außen
