Die Kongregation vom Hl. Kreuz (lat. Congregatio a Sancta Cruce, engl.: Congregation of Holy Cross; Abkürzung: C.S.C.) ist eine Römisch-Katholische Priestergemeinschaft (Kongregation).

Die C.S.C. hat ihren Ursprung in den Wirren der Folgezeit der Französischen Revolution. Ihr Gründer, der Selige Basile Antoine Moreau, war ein Priester der Diözese Le Mans. Auf Bitten des Bischofs übernahm er die Leitung einer Gemeinschaft (Brüder vom Hl. Joseph), die 15 Jahre zuvor von einem anderen Diözesanpriester begründet worden war. Beide Gemeinschaften vereinigte er am 1. März 1837 zu einem einzigen Orden, der schon bald seine Verbreitung über den ganzen Erdball fand.

Die heute internationale Brüdergemeinschaft ist in der Mission, in Schulen und Universitäten beheimatet. Heute zählt die Gemeinschaft 1670 Priester und Brüder in 13 Provinzen, vor allem in Kanada, Algerien, USA, sowie in Uganda, Tansania, Peru, Mexiko, Kenia, Indien, Haiti, Ghana, Chile, Brasilien und Bangladesch. Die Präsenz in Frankreich ist seit einer politisch motivierten Ausweisung des Ordens 1903 nicht mehr sehr ausgeprägt.

Die Kongregation vom Hl. Kreuz besteht aus zwei Zweigen, nämlich Brüdern („Brothers of the Holy Cross“; darin auch die Priester) und Schwestern.
