Die Goldene Ehrenmedaille des Kongresses (engl. Congressional Gold Medal) ist neben der Presidential Medal of Freedom die höchste zivile Auszeichnung der Vereinigten Staaten. Sie wird gemeinsam von beiden Häusern des Kongresses der Vereinigten Staaten, dem Senat und dem Repräsentantenhaus verliehen. Erster Träger der Ehrenmedaille war George Washington, dem sie am 25. März 1776 vom Kontinentalkongress verliehen wurde.

Die Goldene Ehrenmedaille des Kongresses ist nicht zu verwechseln mit der Congressional Medal of Honor, der höchsten Auszeichnung der amerikanischen Streitkräfte für herausragende Tapferkeit im Kampfeinsatz.
