Cookham ist ein Dorf im Nordosten des Distrikts Berkshire in England. Es liegt an der Themse und befindet sich 4 km nördlich von Maidenhead in der Nähe des Distrikts Buckinghamshire. Beim Census 2001 wurden 5.519 Einwohner gezählt. Cookham war der Geburtsort des britischen Malers Stanley Spencer.

Das Dorf Cookham besteht aus drei Dörfern: Cookham Dean, Cookham Rise und Cookham Village.
