Ein Curragh, bzw. Currach, ist ein traditionelles irisches Boot aus einem leichten Holzgerippe, das mit Leinwand überzogen und dann geteert wird. Es war ursprünglich mit Leder bespannt. Diese 4,80 bis 5,50 m langen und etwas weniger als 1 m breiten fast unsinkbaren Boote wurden lange an der westirischen Küste, besonders auf den Aran Islands, zum Fischen und Angeln benutzt.
