David Ross „Dave“ Obey (* 3. Oktober 1938 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma) ist ein US-Politiker der Demokratischen Partei. Er ist seit 1969 Mitglied des US-Repräsentantenhauses und vertritt dort zur Zeit den siebten Kongresswahlbezirk des Bundesstaates Wisconsin.

Parlamentsarbeit

Obey ist Vorsitzender des House Committee on Appropriations. Er gilt als einer der liberalsten Politiker im Repräsentantenhaus und sieht sich in der progressiven Tradition eines Robert La Follette.
