Das Department for Work and Pensions (Arbeits- und Rentenministerium) ist ein Ministerium Großbritanniens.

Es wurde am 8. Juni 2001 aus Teilen des Bildungs- und Arbeitsministeriums und des Sozialministeriums gegründet. Die Ministerin dieses Ministeriums (Secretary of State for Work and Pensions) ist Yvette Cooper, die der Labour Party angehört.

Das Ministerium verwaltet die Arbeitsämter (Jobcentre), die Rentenanstalt (Pension Service), die Kinderunterstützungsagentur (Child Support Agency) und andere.
