Die 14,5 × 114 mm Patrone (auch als M41/44 geführt) ist eine Maschinenkanonen- und Gewehrpatrone. Sie wurde in der ehemaligen Sowjetunion, den ehemaligen Warschauer-Pakt-Staaten, im heutigen Russland und in anderen Staaten genutzt.

Sie wurde ursprünglich für Panzerbüchsen wie der PTRS und PTRD entwickelt. Später wurde sie auch für das KPW (Maschinengewehr), welche die Basis für die ZPU-1,2 und 4 Flugabwehrkanone war, genutzt. Außerdem dient sie als Munition für Hauptwaffe der Transportpanzer der BTR-Serie von BTR-50 bis BTR-80.
