Laila Dåvøy (* 11. August 1948 in Bergen) ist eine norwegische christdemokratische Politikerin. Sie war norwegische Ministerin für Kinder und Familie im Kabinett von Kjell Magne Bondevik von 2001 bis 2005.

Von 1999 bis 2000 war sie Arbeits- und Administrationsministerin. Sie ist ausgebildete Krankenschwester.
