OGK-4 (russisch ОГК-4, voller Name Оптовая генерирующая компания № 4) ist ein Stromversorger in Russland. Es gehört größtenteils zum E.ON-Konzern.

OGK-4 wurde von März 2005 bis Juli 2006 geschaffen und hatte Ende 2007 etwa 5.300 Beschäftigte. [1] Es betreibt fünf Kraftwerke mit einer Kapazität von 8.264 Megawatt:

Im Oktober 2007 hat E.ON Russia Power, ein Tochterunternehmen E.ONs, einen Anteil von 78,3 Prozent an OGK-4 übernommen.
