Die East Asian Football Federation (EAFF) ist ein 2002 gegründeter regionaler Fußballverband in Ostasien mit zur Zeit zehn Mitgliedern. Der Verband organisiert jeweils alle zwei Jahre die Ostasienmeisterschaften für Männer und seit 2005 auch für Frauen, sowie im jährlichen Wechsel mit dem Turnier der A-Mannschaften einen U-14 Wettbewerb.
