Die European Information, Communications and Consumer Electronics Industry Technology Association (EICTA), ist eine Vereinigung von 32 nationalen Elektronikverbänden aus 24 Ländern und über 50 großen Elektrounternehmen aus Europa, USA und Japans.

Die EICTA vergibt unter anderem das "HD ready"-Label für Fernsehgeräte, sowie das "HD TV"-Label für Receiver.

Mitglieder

Zu den EICTA-Mitgliedern gehören unter anderem Apple, Blaupunkt, Canon, Dell, Epson, Fujitsu, Hitachi, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Infineon, Intel, Lexmark, LG, Matsushita, Micronas, Microsoft, Motorola, NEC, Nokia, Philips, Sanyo, Siemens, Sony, Sun, TI und Toshiba.

Die EICTA ist die internationale Dachorganisation des deutschen Branchenverbands BITKOM.
