Puerto Francisco de Orellana, auch El Coca genannt, ist eine Stadt im Amazonastiefland von Ecuador. Sie hat etwa 19.000 Einwohner, ist Hauptstadt der Provinz Orellana und liegt am Napo, an der Stelle seines Zusammenflusses mit dem Coca.

Die Stadt ist Transitpunkt für Touristen und vor allem für Arbeiter der nahen Ölförderanlagen, weswegen das Leben hier im Vergleich zu anderen Städten des Landes relativ teuer ist.
