Enterprise Project Management (EPM) ist die unternehmensweite Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Projekten. Im Gegensatz zum einfachen Projektmanagement wird berücksichtigt, dass ein Projekt nicht zwangsweise das einzige Projekt zur selben Zeit im Unternehmen sein muss. Die globalen Ressourcen des Unternehmens stehen nicht einem, sondern i.d.R. allen Projekten zur Verfügung. Die im Sinne des Unternehmens bestmögliche Verteilung der Ressourcen ist ein Ziel des EPM.
