FC Provincial Electricity (Thai: สโมสรฟุตบอล การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค) ist ein halbprofessioneller Fußballverein aus der thailändischen Hauptstadt Bangkok, welcher 1992 gegründet wurde. Namensgeber des Vereins und Sponsor zugleich, ist die gleichnamige staatliche Institition Provincial Electricity Authority. Die Heimspiele werden in Ayutthaya, im Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Stadion ausgetragen. Bisher war der größte Erfolg des Vereins der Gewinn des Khǒr Royal Cup 1998 und die Vizemeisterschaft 2005. Aktuell konnte dies aber noch getoppt werden, als man völlig überraschend vor dem FC Chonburi, 2008 die Meisterschaft erringen konnte. Damit hat sich der Verein zum zweiten male nach 2006 für einen Internationalen Wettbewerb qualifiziert.
