Ein Fungistatikum (lateinisch: fungus = Pilz) ist ein chemisches Mittel, das das Wachstum und die Vermehrung von Kleinpilzen (Mikromyzeten) hemmt. Im Gegensatz zu Fungiziden tötet es diese jedoch nicht.
