Das Couesnophon, auch Goofus genannt, ist ein saxophonähnliches Musikinstrument. Es wurde 1924 erfunden (Patent der Firma Couesnon & Cie. in Frankreich), und in den 1920ern erlebte es eine kurze Blüte. Insbesondere der Jazzmusiker Adrian Rollini (28. Juni 1903 - 15. Mai 1956) hat es gespielt.

Das Couesnophon vereinigt das Mundstück eines Blasinstruments (mit einem doppelten Rohrblatt) und die Mechanik einer Tastenharmonika (auch im Ton ähnlich der späteren Melodica von Hohner). Es hat zwei Reihen von Tasten, ganze Töne vorne (rechte Hand) und halbe Töne hinten (linke Hand).
