Grand Gedeh (Alternativschreibungen Grand Gedah, Grand Jide) ist eine Verwaltungsregion (County) Liberias. Ihre Hauptstadt ist Zwedru.

Die Region liegt im Osten Liberias und grenzt an die Elfenbeinküste. 2000 wurde River Gee von Grand Gedeh abgespalten.

Eine wichtige Volksgruppe in Grand Gedeh sind die Krahn.

Die Flagge von Grand Gedeh[1] zeigt die Sonne, die hinter einem grünen Berg aufgeht, vor dem Hintergrund zweier Streifen. Von diesen steht der weiße Streifen für die Reinheit des Herzens und der blaue für Frieden und Prosperität.
