London Borough of Harrow [ˈhæɹəʊ] ist ein Stadtbezirk von London und liegt im Nordwesten der Stadt. Bei der Gründung von Greater London im Jahr 1965 wurde er aus dem Distrikt Harrow der Grafschaft Middlesex gebildet.

Die Bevölkerung setzt sich zusammen aus 58,8 % Weißen, 29,6 % Südasiaten, 6,1 % Schwarzen und 1,2 % Chinesen.
