Helga Haugland Byfuglien (* 22. Juni 1950 in Bergen) ist Bischöfin der Norwegischen Kirche im Bistum Borg. Sie wurde am 23. September 2005 gewählt und am 11. Dezember 2005 in ihr Amt eingeführt.

Im Juli 2010 wurde Byfuglien neben sieben weiteren Geistlichen zur Stellvertreterin im Lutherischen Weltbund gewählt.[1]
