Horiba (jap. 株式会社堀場製作所, Kabushiki-gaisha Horiba Seisaku-sho) ist ein japanischer Hersteller von Präzisionsgeräten im Bereich Messtechnik und Analyse. Der Hauptsitz befindet sich in Kyōto.

Das Unternehmen hat 80% Weltmarktanteil im Bereich Abgasanalyse und Abgasmesstechnik mit dem Kernprodukt MEXA und stellt außerdem Mess- und Analysegeräte für Umweltanalytik sowie für medizinische und wissenschaftliche Anwendungen.

Bis 2002 war Hitachi der Hauptaktionär. Inzwischen (Stand: 30. Juni 2007) werden über 50% der Aktien von institutionellen Investoren gehalten, die größten Anteile mit jeweils über 10% von der Japan Trustee Services Bank und der Master Trust Bank of Japan.
