Der Stadtbezirk Huangpu (chinesisch 黃埔區 / 黄埔区 Huángpǔ Qū, früher mit Whampoa transkribiert) ist ein Stadtbezirk in der südchinesischen Provinz Guangdong. Er gehört zum Verwaltungsgebiet der bezirksfreien Stadt Guangzhou (Kanton).
Die 1924 gegründete Whampoa-Militärakademie der Kuomintang ist nach dem Stadtbezirk benannt.
