AmBev (American Beverage Company = Amerikanische Getränkefirma) ist der größte Getränkehersteller in Lateinamerika und die weltweite Nummer 5 in Bezug auf den Ausstoß in Litern.

AmBevs Anfänge sind mit denen seines berühmtesten Bieres, "Brahma", verwoben. Die heutige Gesellschaft entstand durch die Fusion der beiden Brauriesen Brahma und Antarctica.

2004 fusionierten AmBev und Interbrew aus Belgien zum Konzern InBev, dem derzeitigen Weltmarktführer vor Anheuser-Busch und Heineken. Neben Beck's und Stella Artois von Interbrew zählt die AmBev-Biermarke "Brahma" damit zu einer der Weltmarken.
