Jessie Cross (* ca. 1905) war eine US-amerikanische Leichtathletin und Olympiateilnehmerin.

Bei den IX. Olympischen Sommerspielen 1928 in Amsterdam gewann sie die Mannschafts-Silbermedaille im 4 x 100-Meter-Staffellauf zusammen mit ihren Teamkolleginnen Mary Washburn, Loretta McNeil und Elizabeth Robinson, hinter dem Team aus Kanada und vor dem Team aus Deutschland.
