John Morley, 1. Viscount Morley of Blackburn, OM, PC (* 24. Dezember 1838 in Blackburn, Lancashire; † 23. September 1923) war ein britischer Staatsmann, Autor und Zeitungsmann.
1867–1882 Herausgeber der Fortnightly Review und 1880-83 der Pall Mall Gazette, 1883 liberaler Abgeordneter für Newcastle-upon-Tyne, 1886 und noch einmal 1892 unter Gladstone Kabinettsmitglied als Chief Secretary of State for Ireland, 1905–10 Secretary of State for India, 1910–14 Lord President of the Council; seit 1908 als Viscount Morley of Blackburn Mitglied des Oberhauses und Kanzler der Universität Manchester.
