Das Gelenkspiel (joint play) ist ein Ausdruck aus der Biomechanik und bezeichnet die normale (physiologische) Bewegung zweier Gelenkpartner, z. B. beim Ober- und Unterschenkel die Beweglichkeit des Kniegelenks. Das gleiche gilt auch für die Bewegungsfähigkeit zweier Wirbel und hat somit in der Behandlungsmethode Chiropraktik einen hohen diagnostischen Wert.
