Die United States Junior Chamber oder Jaycees ist eine Organisation, die sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, Personen im Alter zwischen 18 und 40 im Geschäftsleben und bei ihrer beruflichen Karriere weiterzuhelfen. Die US Jaycees wurden im Jahre 1920 in St. Louis, Missouri gegründet. Zusätzlich zur beruflichen Aufbauhilfe nimmt sie auch eine gemeinnützige Funktion wahr, indem sie Geld für karitative Organisationen spendet und ehrenamtliche Tätigkeiten erbringt. Im Jahr 1948 wurde die Junior Chamber International in Mexiko-Stadt, Mexiko als internationaler Ableger der Jaycees gegründet.
Die nationalen Organisationen, die die Föderation der JCI bilden, sind in mehr als 6.000 Ortsverbänden aktiv und in mehr als 100 Nationen und Bundesgebieten gelegen.
Der JCI-Hauptsitz wurde 1951 errichtet und liegt seit 1969 in Coral Gables, Florida. Im Jahre 2002 wurde der JCI-Hauptsitz nach St. Louis, Missouri verlegt, wo auch die erste örtliche Organisation gegründet wurde. Der USJC-Hauptsitz liegt derzeit in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Jedes Jahr wird ein Weltkongress abgehalten, der letzte fand im November 2008 in Neu Delhi statt. Die deutsche Vertretung nennt sich Wirtschaftsjunioren Deutschland, die österreichische Junge Wirtschaft.
