Die Karamojong oder Karimojong sind ein halbnomadisches Hirtenvolk im trockenen Nordosten Ugandas im Distrikt Karamoja. Sie sprechen Ngakaramojong, eine ostnilotische Sprache. Viele von ihnen sind noch Anhänger des traditionellen Glaubens.
Karamojong waren in den letzten Jahren und bis in die Gegenwart häufig an bewaffneten Raubzügen ins benachbarte Kenia beteiligt, bei denen Rinder geraubt werden und häufig auch Menschen zu Tode kommen.
