Die LHI Leasing GmbH strukturiert seit über 30 Jahren Finanzierungslösungen für Unternehmen und Investoren, deren Firmensitz in München ist. Das Unternehmen wurde 1973 gegründet und ist international tätig. Standorte sind München, Pöcking, Düsseldorf, Mannheim, Stuttgart, Hamburg und Moskau dort werden 212 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Weitere 24 Mitarbeiter sind in Warschau bei der polnischen Tochterfirma angestellt. Diese ist mit 1,1 Mrd. Euro Leasingbestand Marktführer für Immobilienleasing in Polen. Um die Standorte München und Pöcking an einem Standort zusammen zu führen, plant und realisiert die LHI Leasing GmbH derzeit für 22 Millionen Euro Ihren Standort für bis zu 370 Mitarbeiter in Pullach im Isartal. Dieser soll im Oktober 2009 bezugsfertig sein.
