Lawrence Parsons, 4. Earl of Rosse KP (* 17. November 1840 auf Birr Castle[1], Parsonstown, County Offaly; † 30. August 1908) war ein irischer Adliger und Astronom. Er war der Sohn von William Parsons, 3. Earl of Rosse und erbte 1867 bei dessen Tod den Titel eines Earl of Rosse.

Von 1868 bis zu seinem Tode war er einer der gewählten Representative Peers der irischen Adligen im House of Lords. Zwischen 1892 und 1908 amtierte er weiterhin als Lord Lieutenant von King's County. In beiden Funktionen war auch bereits sein Vater tätig gewesen.

Parsons war von 1885 bis 1908 der 18. Rektor der Universität Dublin. Er heiratete 1870 Frances Cassandra Hawke, eine Tochter von Edward Harvey-Hawke, 4. Baron Hawke, am 1. September 1870, mit welcher er drei Kinder hatte. Bei seinem Tode ging der Titel auf den ältesten Sohn William über.
