(954) Li ist ein Asteroid des Hauptgürtels, der am 4. August 1921 vom deutschen Astronomen Karl Wilhelm Reinmuth in Heidelberg entdeckt wurde.

Benannt wurde der Asteroid nach Lina Alstede Reinmuth, der Ehefrau des Entdeckers.
