Lloyd La Beach

Lloyd Barrington LaBeach (auch:Lloyd La Beach) (* 28. Juni 1922 in Panama-Stadt; † 19. Februar 1999 in New York City) war der erste und bis Irving Saladino 2008 einzige Olympiamedaillen-Gewinner des Landes Panama.

Lloyd LaBeach trat im Rahmen der Leichtathletik-Wettbewerbe der Olympischen Sommerspiele 1948 in London an. Dabei gewann er zwei Medaillen: Beim 100-Meter-Lauf die Bronzemedaille mit 10,4 Sekunden (hinter den US-Amerikanern Harrison Dillard und Henry Norwood Ewell mit 10,3 bzw. 10,4 Sekunden), sowie eine weitere Bronzemedaille im 200-Meter-Lauf mit 21,2 Sekunden (hinter den US-Amerikanern Melvin Patton und Henry Norwood Ewell, beide 21,1 Sekunden).
