Der Rio Magdalena ist ein 322 Kilometer langer Fluss im mexikanischen Bundesstaat Sonora. Der Fluss entspringt bei Nogales nahe der Grenze zu den USA. Er fließt durch Imuris, Magdalena de Kino, Santa Ana und Caborca. Beim Cape Tepoca fließt er in den Golf von Kalifornien.
