Men’s Health ist ein Lifestyle- und Fitness-Magazin für Männer. Es hat seinen Ursprung in den USA, wo es seit 1987 auf dem Markt ist; eine deutsche Ausgabe gibt es seit 1996. Die Zeitschrift erscheint weltweit mit 31 Ausgaben in 40 Ländern und ist mit über 18 Millionen Lesern[1] das am weitesten verbreitete Männermagazin der Welt. Men’s Health versteht sich als Berater und Lifestyle-Coach und bietet Artikel rund um die Themen Sport und Fitness, Gesundheit und Ernährung, Unterhaltung und Fun, Partnerschaft und Erotik sowie Mode und Stil für die Zielgruppe „aktive Männer“.

Die deutsche Ausgabe erscheint monatlich im Verlag Rodale-Motor-Presse, einem Joint Venture der amerikanischen Rodale Press und der deutschen Motor Presse Stuttgart, die sich im Mehrheitsbesitz von Gruner + Jahr befindet.
