Die Carretera Federal 1, auch Carretera Transpeninsular, ist eine Fernstraße auf der Halbinsel Niederkalifornien. Sie verläuft von Tijuana im mexikanischen Bundesstaat Baja California bis nach Cabo San Lucas im Bundesstaat Baja California Sur. Ab San Ysidro im US-Bundesstaat Kalifornien heißt sie Interstate 5.
