Scheich Muhammad ibn Zayid Al Nahyan (arabisch محمد بن زايد آل نهيان, DMG Muḥammad b. Zāyid Āl Nahyān; * 1961) ist der Kronprinz des Emirats Abu Dhabi in den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten (VAE), und steht damit an erster Stelle der Rangfolge der Regentschaft.
Scheich Muhammad ist General und stellvertretender Kommandant der Streitkräfte der VAE und Berater seines älteren Bruders, des Präsidenten der VAE, Scheich Chalifa ibn Zayid Al Nahyan. Er hat einen Sitz im Abu Dhabi Executive Council, der für Planung und Entwicklung in Abu Dhabi zuständig ist und ist Mitglied des Supreme Petroleum Council, welches für alle Erdöl-bezogenen Angelegenheiten des Landes verantwortlich ist. Er ist Vorstandsvorsitzender der staatlichen Investmentgesellschaft Mubadala Development Company.
Mohammed ist Absolvent der Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (1979). Dort erlernte er den Umgang mit Flugzeugen und Hubschraubern, sowie Fallschirmspringen.
