Brikha

Aril Brikha (* 1976 im Iran) ist DJ und Produzent im Bereich Techno.

Brikha wuchs in Skandinavien auf. Er veröffentlichte seine Produktionen zunächst auf schwedischen Labels wie zum Beispiel Dunkla, Plump und Placktown. Zwei Jahre, nachdem er den Track Groove La Chord herausbrachte, hörte Brikha es zum ersten Mal in einem Club – Derrick May legte ihn in Chicago auf. Nachdem er ein Demo an Derrick Mays Transmat Records schickte, veröffentlichte er 1998 den Track The Art of Vengeance auf dem Sublabel Fragile. Auf der Transmat Compilation `Time : Space' wurden einige seiner Tracks veröffentlicht. Sein Debütalbum Deeparture in Time, dass im Jahre 1999 erschien, wurde erfolgreich.
