Der Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) ist eine international anerkannte Qualitätsauszeichnung für hauptberufliche Redner (englisch Speaker).

Die Auszeichnung wurde im Jahr 1980 zum ersten Mal vergeben. Certified Speaking Professionals (CSPs) sind Personen, die nachweislich über weitreichende Erfahrungen als hauptberufliche Redner verfügen. Der CSP wird durch eine Kombination aus beruflicher Weiterbildung, mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung, professioneller Bühnen-Auftritte und Management–Fähigkeiten erworben. Die Bewerbung in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz wird über die German Speakers Association (GSA) abgewickelt und zunächst noch von der Schwesterorganisation National Speakers Association (NSA) in den USA ausgestellt. Beide Vereinigungen sind Mitglieder der Global Speakers Federation (GSF), dem internationalen Dachverband für Speakers Associations in aller Welt.[1]

Die CSP-Zertifizierung ist verdient, nicht verliehen. Der CSP gilt als weltweit wichtigste Auszeichnung für professionelle Vortragsredner. Bis zum Jahr 2010 erhielten lediglich vier deutschsprachige Redner diese Zertifizierung.[2]
