Deckers Outdoor Corporation ist eine Schuhfirma mit Sitz in Goleta, Kalifornien, in den Vereinigte Staaten. Der Student und spätere Chairman Doug Otto begann 1973 mit der Produktion von Sandalen in einer kleinen Fabrik.[2]Deckers produzierte zunächst Sandalen unter dem eigene Brand Deckers Sandals. 1985 erhielt die Firma die Lizenz, künftig Teva-Sandalen herzustellen. Durch diese Lizenzvereinbarung wuchs die Firma schnell. Für Teva wurde die Deckers Outdoor Corporation 1992 von der Fachzeitschrift Footwear News als „Company of the Year“ ausgezeichnet.[3]
Zurzeit führt Deckers fünf Schuhmarken, drunter auch die in deutschsprachigen Raum verbreitete Marke Teva und Simpel:

- UGG Australia
- Simple Shoes
- Tsubo.
Der australische Ableger der Firma ist Ugg Holdings Inc[4]. Dort ist die Firma bekannt für den erfolglosen Versuch, den etablierten Begriff Ugg boot für eine bestimmte Art von Stiefeln für sich als Marke zu schützen.[5]
