Die Wheeling Jesuit University ist eine Privatuniversität in römisch-katholischer, jesuitischer Trägerschaft mit Sitz in Wheeling, West Virginia.

Die Hochschule wurde 1954 durch den Jesuitenorden als Wheeling College gegründet. 1987 wurde die Universität umfirmiert in Wheeling Jesuit College. 1990 erhielt sie den Status einer Universität. Sie ist eines von 28 Mitgliedern der Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities.
