Nebulin ist ein Bestandteil des sarkomeren Zytoskeletts. Es besteht aus repetitiven Aktinbindemotiven und reicht von der Z-Scheibe bis zum Minusende jedes Aktinfilamentes. Funktionell stellt es ein "Schablonenprotein" für die Aktinfilamente dar. [1]
