Das OHIP (Oral Health Impact Profile) ist ein Fragebogen zur Messung der mundgesundheitsbezogenen Lebensqualität. Es wird in zahnmedizinischen Studien zur Ermittlung des Behandlungserfolges eingesetzt, da seit einigen Jahren festgestellt wurde, dass klinisch (vom Zahnarzt) als erfolgreich eingestufte Behandlungen nicht immer mit einer guten mundgesundheitsbezogenen Lebensqualität der Patienten korrelieren und somit auch nicht von einem Behandlungserfolg im Sinne des Patienten gesprochen werden kann.
